Electronic Technician

Description:

Diamond Clothing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading player in the textile and garments manufacturing sector, is looking to hire an experienced and technically sound Electronic Technician for its textile division based in Lahore.

This is a critical role within our technical team, focused on maintaining and troubleshooting the electronic systems used in modern textile machinery. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with various sewing, quilting, and ultrasonic equipment commonly used in garment production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance of Ultrasonic Control Boxes

• Troubleshoot control cards of Juki industrial sewing machines

• Service Delta Single Needle Machines and ensure optimal operation

• Manage the electronic/electrical systems of sewing, quilting, and pin sonic machinery

• Diagnose faults, repair breakdowns, and minimize production interruptions

Requirements:

• 🎓 Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electronics or a related discipline

• 🛠️ Experience: At least 5 years working in the textile or garments industry with exposure to relevant machinery

• ✅ Must possess excellent fault diagnosis and hands-on repair skills

• 🔧 Familiarity with modern industrial textile machinery electronics is essential
