Electrical & Planning Supervisor

Description:

Rafhan Maize, an affiliate of Ingredion Incorporated in Pakistan, is looking for an Electrical & Planning Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of electrical equipment through quality preventive and corrective maintenance, and to ensure the reliability of the electrical system.

Core Responsibilities:

• Electrical Operation & Maintenance: Hands-on experience with electrical equipment like Motors & starters, VFDs, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Switchgears, 132 KV Grid Station, Solar Systems, etc.

• Supervise Maintenance: Oversee electrical equipment repairs and maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.

• Maintenance Activities: Ensure compliance with preventive and condition-based maintenance schedules using SAP, and introduce smart maintenance techniques.

• Critical Store Evaluation: Evaluate and maintain critical spare parts for plant operation, including PR generation and material follow-ups.

• Project Execution: Share quality ideas, prepare feasibility reports, BOQs, and follow up on procurement for capex/MOC projects.

• EHS Responsibilities: Implement EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment for subordinates.

• Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for cost reductions and recommend new methods/equipment to reduce labor expenses.

• People Development: Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders and develop staff awareness regarding best practices.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal electrical-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Mandatory:

  • B.S Electrical or DAE Electrical

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical installations in industries like Petro-chemical, Fertilizer, Process, or Food.

  • Fluency in Urdu (both written and spoken).

• Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP Maintenance Module and MS Office.
