We are seeking a dedicated Epic Systems Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our healthcare IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EMR workflows, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize EMR workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians and IT staff, to identify and resolve system issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Epic Systems tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Epic Systems implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of EMR workflows and healthcare operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Epic Systems modules (preferred).
