Education Counsellor / Marketing Representative

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and outgoing individual to join our remote team in Sri Lanka as an Education Counsellor / Marketing Representative.

This role suits someone who enjoys talking to people, creating videos, and engaging with students online. You’ll be part of an Australian company, interacting directly with students who wish to study in Australia and other countries.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, and social media to understand their study goals.

Generate and follow up on leads from social media, ads, and inquiries.

Promote FCC Australia’s education services on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Create engaging short videos and content about studying abroad, university life, and visa pathways.

Assist students by connecting them with our Melbourne-based counsellors for detailed guidance.

Maintain regular contact with interested students and provide basic information about universities and courses.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to inquiries and student conversions.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent English communication and a confident personality.

Extroverted and friendly – enjoys talking to people and building relationships.

Comfortable speaking on camera and making short videos.

Passionate about education, marketing, and helping students achieve their study goals.

Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

Experience in student counselling, sales, or marketing will be an advantage.
