Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

Description:

The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for full-store management, including inventory tracking, product updates, listing optimization, order monitoring, issue resolution, performance growth, and ensuring all marketplace accounts run smoothly.
You must have strong, proven experience managing online stores—preferably international marketplaces—and be able to handle operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Manage Amazon, Walmart, and eBay seller accounts daily.

Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve any compliance issues.

Inventory & Listing Operations

Keep inventory synced and updated across all platforms.

Prevent overselling by monitoring stock levels closely.

Update pricing, variations, product info, and catalog data correctly.

Ensure image, SEO keywords, and content accuracy.

Sales Growth & Optimization

Optimize listings using keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO best practices.

Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve visibility, and boost conversion rates.

Monitor competitor listings and marketplace trends.

Order & Customer Management

Oversee order processing, returns, refunds, and shipment confirmations.

Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve issues professionally.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Track sales trends, profit margins, and inventory forecasting.

Suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart, or eBay stores.

Strong understanding of marketplace policies, listing SEO, and seller tools.

Experience with product research, listing creation, inventory management, and PPC (preferred).

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.

Strong English communication skills.
