Position: E-Commerce Manager – Fashion E-commerce (UY Collection)

Location: Lahore – On-site

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee UY Collection’s online operations, manage product listings, sales performance, and coordinate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fashion e-commerce and a strong understanding of online sales, Shopify management, and customer experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall e-commerce operations across Shopify and other platforms.
• Oversee product uploads, inventory management, and pricing updates.
• Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and optimize listings for maximum conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure smooth order processing, customer support coordination, and timely fulfillment.
• Implement strategies to grow online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Keep up with e-commerce trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager in fashion or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Experience in analyzing sales data, reporting, and optimizing online performance.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ability to work efficiently within a day shift (10 AM – 6 PM).
• Portfolio or examples of previous e-commerce management are preferred.
