Ecommerce Executive

Description:

The main goal of this role is to improve and streamline our product research, product hunting, and sourcing processes. Beyond this, the executive will assist with various business operations such as finances, cash flow tracking, supply chain support, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
* Create, optimise, and upload eBay listings, including SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, variations, and product images.
* Stay updated with changes in marketplace rules, trends, and algorithms.
* Conduct product hunting and sourcing using market insights and tools focused on the UK market.
* Analyse profit margins, sales trends, and prepare performance reports.
* Assist with financial tracking, cash flow monitoring, and supply chain planning.
* Handle customer enquiries professionally across all platforms.
* Design posters, banners, social media visuals, and product images (e.g., Canva).
* Basic understanding of SEO for product listings (training will be provided).
* Assist in PPC tasks—experience preferred, but training will be provided.
* Provide support in general business operations whenever required.
* Work efficiently in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record management.

Requirements
* Experience in e-commerce.
* Knowledge of Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify operations.
* Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, data entry, analysis).
* Understanding of digital analytics, profit calculations, and sales reporting.
* Familiarity with the UK market and basic VAT knowledge.
* Quick learner with the ability to pick up new tools and concepts.
* Strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
* Basic design ability and SEO awareness.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
