Ecommerce Assistant

Description:

We are hiring an E-commerce Assistant who can manage product listings, website operations, and also handle customer support across all order and query channels.

Technical Skills & Requirements

✅ E-commerce & CMS Skills

• Experience on Shopify or other e-commerce CMS

• Product uploading, creating size and color variants, collections, tags, pricing, and organization

• Managing multi-currency listings (PKR, USD)

• Editing product data via CSV / Sheets imports-exports

✅ Customer Support & Order Execution

• Website, Instagram, and WhatsApp customer support

• Respond to all DMs, comments, and messages professionally

• Process all manual, local, and international orders end-to-end

• Send tracking numbers to customers instantly after dispatch

• Follow up on new, pending, or abandoned checkouts

• Monitor and resolve delivery, size, and QC complaints with a solution-focused mindset

✅ Inventory & Upload Discipline

• Maintain product stock and in-out movement logs

• Daily uploads and inventory tracking in Google Sheets or Excel

• No errors in size, stock, price, or product details

✅ Technical Knowledge Basics

• HTML/CSS understanding for description edits

• SEO awareness (Alt text, product titles, index/no-index checks, sitemap structure)

• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, conversion events, and analytics dashboards

✅ Software & Tools

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets mastery

• Strong command of data accuracy and reporting

• Experience working in fashion niche only
