Key Responsibilities

· Understand current business processes and gather task requirements from the team.

· Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.

· Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily operations.

· Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and problem-solving.

· Assist in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify (training can be provided).

· Work with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.

· Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows.

Requirements

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

· Fast learner with a proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Willingness to work in the USA time zone.

· Interest in e-commerce and a desire to grow into a technical or specialist role.

· Knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, or AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.

· Background in IT or related fields will be considered a plus.
