Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Abendsoft is seeking a proactive and experienced E-commerce Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for various online business roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of e-commerce operations, and the ability to identify and attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
-Hire for e-commerce positions such as customer support, operations, listing specialists, digital marketing, warehouse staff, etc.
-Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
-Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and department heads.
-Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.
-Ensure all hiring is aligned with organizational needs and culture.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
-Proven experience in recruitment (e-commerce recruitment preferred).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
-Familiarity with online job portals and recruitment tools.
