We are building a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on identifying winning products and scaling them across international markets including the UAE, UK, and USA. We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Growth Manager who can take ownership of product discovery, market validation, lead generation, and sales growth.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional e-commerce management role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur and can help us find profitable opportunities, launch products, generate customers, and grow revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Research & Validation
- Identify high-potential products with strong market demand.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Validate product opportunities before launch.
- Recommend profitable products with strong margins and scalability.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Develop strategies to acquire customers and generate sales.
- Research and implement effective marketing channels.
- Create and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Generate leads and optimize conversion rates.
E-Commerce Operations
- Work with suppliers and sourcing partners.
- Coordinate product launches.
- Monitor store performance and key metrics.
- Continuously optimize product listings, offers, and customer experience.
Business Development
- Identify new growth opportunities and markets.
- Build partnerships and strategic relationships where relevant.
- Present ideas and recommendations backed by data.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or related platforms.
- Strong product research and market analysis skills.
- Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling e-commerce brands internationally.
- Knowledge of local, UAE, UK, or US markets.
- Experience with dropshipping, private label, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Familiarity with AI tools, analytics, and automation.
