Description:
As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scalable, high-performance business solutions tailored to unique organizational needs.
This role combines skills in AL development, system integration, and solution architecture to deliver real-world business transformation across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Solution design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 Business Central framework.
- Development and customization: Create custom modules and integrations using AL language, extensions, and APIs to meet specific client requirements.
- Implementation: Lead the technical implementation process including configuration, data migration, customization, and system integration.
- Support and maintenance: Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Testing and QA: Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and configuration manuals.
- Mentorship and knowledge transfer: Provide mentorship and training to internal teams and clients on system usage and best practices.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated on new features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and recommend enhancements accordingly.
Qualifications:
Educational background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is preferred and will be an added advantage.
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional/Technical Consultant Associate
