Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Manager who is both data-driven and people-focused. This role combines performance marketing and creative community building—perfect for someone who knows how to run effective digital campaigns and build real engagement with users.
While the role is Dubai-based, we are currently hiring remotely from Pakistan for qualified candidates who can work closely with our UAE team and understand the cultural dynamics of our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Build and manage performance campaigns focused on lead generation & conversions
- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Implement retargeting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Use automation tools (like Zapier, Mailchimp, CRM integrations) to streamline workflows
- Coordinate with tech team to track conversions & user journeys
- Support the social media team with campaign optimization and lead generation strategies
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies across social platforms
- Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries
- Create and manage digital engagement activities (polls, lives, giveaways, etc.)
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and local communities
- Manage Matchify Facebook group(s), WhatsApp communities, or online circles
- Work closely with matchmaking, events, and coaching teams
- Support upcoming membership and webinar launches
- Help create communication flows for new users and community leads
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years experience in performance marketing and/or community management
- Proven track record managing Meta Ads and running successful lead gen campaigns
- Experience using automation tools (Zapier, email marketing, CRM integrations)
- Strong understanding of UAE’s social & dating culture is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business API
