💼 What You’ll Do
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and confidently
Assist users with mobile app login, account activation, PIN issues, and digital banking steps
Provide accurate information about accounts, cards & online services
Resolve customer concerns by following simple, guided processes
Record call notes & customer details in the CRM
Meet service quality, productivity, and communication KPIs
Share insights to enhance customer experience
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Urdu
Basic understanding of smartphones, mobile apps & digital banking
Calm, patient, and customer-focused mindset
Good typing speed and computer handling
