Mughal Energy Limited is looking for a highly disciplined and professional Deputy Manager – Security to join our team.

Role Overview
The position is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and management of overall security operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Army Officer at the rank of Major, with a strong command background and at least 5 years’ experience in the private sector. Prior experience in a Power House / power plant environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and enforcing security strategies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
Lead, supervise, and train security staff, including shift management and performance oversight.
Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and implement corrective measures.
Ensure effective perimeter protection, access control, CCTV monitoring, and physical security.
Oversee incident management, reporting, and liaison with law enforcement and local authorities.
Support contractor and visitor management, including security clearance and induction.
Maintain proper records, prepare reports, and contribute to business continuity planning.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Retired/Ex-Army Officer at the rank of Major.
Minimum 5 years of post-army experience in a private industry security leadership role.
Hands-on exposure to industrial security, preferably in a Power House setting.

Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and security technology.
Excellent planning, reporting, and coordination abilities.
Solid understanding of emergency response and preventive security measures.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline.
