✓ ATS Synthetic (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, costing, controls, and compliance.
✓ This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial discipline, operational transparency, and effective fund management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and reporting of monthly financial accounts.
• Order-wise costing, margin analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Conducting monthly stock audits and operational performance reviews.
• Ensuring accurate accounting and control of the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle.
• Fund management and implementation of internal controls for cash handling
• Liaison with banks and resolution of banking-related matters.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of books and inward/outward procedures in line with applicable laws.
• Monitoring invoicing, collections, payments, and recovery processes.
• Ensuring compliance with taxation requirements, filings, and statutory obligations.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitating external audits and managing period-end and year-end book closures.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management
