Description:
As our Data Enrichment & Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the architect of our outbound pipeline. You will move beyond basic data gathering to create highly enriched, validated datasets using advanced scraping and AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Extraction: Use scraping tools and extensions to pull data from LinkedIn and corporate directories.
- Lead Enrichment: Refine lists with validated contact info, company size, and specific job roles.
- Quality Control: Maintain a "zero-error" spreadsheet environment, ensuring 100% accuracy before sales hand-off.
- Automation: Scale our capabilities by using ChatGPT and scripts to automate repetitive research tasks.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Enrichment, Lead Generation, Data Research, or Technical Research.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Data Scraping, Data Extraction, and Data Enrichment.
- Strong understanding of B2B Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target account research.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn data sourcing, web research, and data extraction techniques.
- Experience using web scraping, lead generation, and data enrichment tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including data cleaning, validation, and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- You should have a "zero-error" mindset when it comes to spreadsheets and CRM data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
