Description:

We are looking for a Senior Verification Specialist who will take full ownership of the customer journey. This role is more than just communication — you will be a key driver of customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Liaison Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact between potential customers and auto insurance partners.

Lead Verification: Qualify and verify inbound/outbound leads with accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer Handling: Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Ensure only high-quality, verified data is processed and passed forward.

Performance Focus: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction aligned with company goals.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and adapt to evolving tools (CRM, dialers, etc.).

 

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–2 years in BPO, customer service, or auto insurance verification (preferred).

Communication Skills: Strong English communication (spoken & written).

Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

Professional Attitude: Reliability, punctuality, and a growth-oriented mindset.
