Customer Support Representative

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) and Linguist Recruiter (LR) located in Rawalpindi. The CSR will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, offering excellent customer service, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. LR will hire interpreters based in UK for our company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, specifically English (written and verbal)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving & attention to detail
• Calm under pressure, tech-savvy, adaptable
• Team player with independent working skills
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is preferred
