Customer Support Executive

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at The Communitech in Rawalpindi. This full-time on-site role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to client queries, providing information, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues. The role also includes administrative tasks like maintaining client records and updating databases.

This position requires a high level of organization and speed in responding to emails and phone calls. You will be responsible for accurate data keeping, generating reports for management, and managing schedules for the clients' staff. The role involves navigating through various guidelines and handling additional tasks in the Control Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to queries via emails and phone calls.

• Maintain client records and update databases accurately.

• Provide reports to management at the end of each shift.

• Arrange schedules for the client's staff.

• Navigate and comply with guidelines effectively.

• Handle Control Room tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Shift Pattern: Rotational
Salary Range: PKR 50,000-65,000 per month (depending on expertise and interview)
