Customer Service Representative/ Controller

Description:

We are currently looking for highly qualified individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Controllers / Dispatchers for a UK-based taxi service.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Candidates who have previously worked in the UK Taxi Industry (minimum 6 months experience preferred)
• UK-returned professionals will be given preference
• Strong communication skills with expert-level English listening and speaking
• Must be flexible and available for morning, evening, and night shifts.

Preferred Software Experience:

Experience with any of the following taxi dispatch software is a plus:

• AutoCab365
• Cab Treasure
• iCabb
• Insoft
