Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close investment deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly to build long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends, project updates, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive.
- Experience in real estate sales or investment advisory will be preferred.
