• Make and verify the call, guides the customers accordingly
• provide exceptional customer service
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services

Requirements:

• Experience on ACA, Medicare, MVA and Hospital Indemnity
• Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered) -BPO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a night shift
