Customer Relationship Management Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & CRM Specialist to assist in converting leads (MQL → SQL) into deals and retaining clients in the U.S. construction sector. You’ll manage CRM records, support deal closing, and help maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years experience in sales support/CRM (construction/B2B preferred)

* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

* Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills
