🚨 We’re Hiring | Cross-Border Sales Specialist
Lancmall is looking for a Cross-Border Sales Specialist to join our team in Lahore (DHA Phase 8) and help us grow our B2B customer network across Pakistan.

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in connecting Pakistani businesses with Lancmall’s cross-border sourcing solutions. The role involves finding and developing B2B customers, understanding their sourcing needs, guiding them through the purchasing process, and building relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Develop B2B customers in Pakistan: Find and connect with potential wholesalers, retailers, and other business buyers through online channels.
• Guide customers: Understand their requirements, recommend suitable sourcing solutions, and support them throughout the buying process.
• Drive sales & retention: Work toward sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat purchases.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of B2B / e-commerce experience
• Strong sales and conversion skills
• Results-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Cross-border purchasing/customer network is a plus


💰 Salary: PKR 80,000 + commission up to 6% with no upper limit
📍 Location: Lahore, DHA Phase 8
