Crm & Erp Implementation Specialist

Description:

IT Butler eServices is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems. This role will play a critical part in streamlining our lead-to-cash processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling our teams through training and ongoing support. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure Microsoft Dynamics is fully aligned with our business needs in a fast-paced environment of approximately 40 employees.

Key Responsibilities – Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM tailored to business requirements.

- Design and deploy end-to-end lead-to-cash workflows based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM templates

- Set up and optimize outbound email campaigns and customer engagement workflows. - Migrate data from HubSpot CRM to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Customize dashboards, reports, and automation.

- Train teams on CRM processes and best practices.

- Provide ongoing CRM administration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities – Microsoft Dynamics ERP:

- Support HR team with ERP implementation and employee lifecycle workflows.

- Support Finance team with billing, accounting, and reporting.

- Assist IT and Operations with system configuration and integrations.

- Document ERP workflows and train users.

General Responsibilities

- Act as the Microsoft Dynamics technical expert.

- Provide technical support to IT and Operations.

- Create process documentation and user guides.

- Identify automation and optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

- Experience with lead-to-cash workflows.

- Data migration experience (HubSpot preferred).

- Experience with outbound campaign setup.

- Strong training and communication skills.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
