Key Responsibilities:

• Craft original, persuasive content for product listings, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.

• Develop engaging brand stories, taglines, and campaign narratives that inspire and convert customers.

• Adapt tone and messaging to suit different audiences and platforms, ensuring each piece resonates deeply.

E-commerce Management:

• Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Shopify, Alfa Mall, and Daraz.

• Boost product discoverability and conversion rates through strategic content creation, SEO, and keyword optimization.

• Collaborate on digital campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions to enhance visibility across marketplaces.

• Monitor platform analytics and competitor performance to refine product listings and improve offers.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in creative writing and managing online marketplaces (portfolio/store links preferred).

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Alfa Mall, and Daraz.

• Bilingual in English and Urdu is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, consumer trends, and effective product positioning.

• Proficiency with e-commerce dashboards, SEO basics, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics).

• A creative yet analytical mindset with the ability to transform briefs into actionable concepts.
