Description:

As a Video Editor, your job is to craft high-converting sales videos from mostly raw talking-head footage. You’ll work with a creative head to bring scripts to life using visual storytelling, motion graphics and editing techniques that keep the viewer hooked. This is not just about flashy cuts — it’s about understanding the psychology of conversion and using editing to serve the message.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing the RAW footage following the given script for Social Media Video Ads, VSLs and product ads.
• Careful selection of High Quality Stock as per client’s demo.
• Color grade the footage
• Make thoughtful editing choices which you can justify.
• Handle feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and creative intent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of storytelling.
• Excellent command of pacing, and editing flow.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and version control.
• Comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience editing story driven content.
• Bachelor’s degree
