Creative Strategist

We are looking for a practical, hands-on Creative Strategist who can think outside the box and create content that performs.

Important: This is a full-time, onsite position in Lahore. Only apply if you are available full-time and can work onsite.

You will be the core Creative Strategist for our agency and DTC e-commerce clients. You will work on content strategy, creative concepts, creative briefs, scripting, and work closely with our editing team to turn ideas into finished creatives.

We are not looking for someone who can only write scripts. You should be able to understand a product and its audience, find strong creative angles, develop content ideas, and create content that can be used for Meta ads.

We also use AI heavily in our workflow. You should know how to use AI to research, brainstorm, create variations, and scale content. However, you should first be able to think and write the creative yourself before using AI to improve and scale it.
