Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Create and refine brand guidelines, tone, and visual assets for clients and Smart Web Agency.
- Web Design: Design stunning, user-centric websites with a focus on modern trends and functionality.
- Video Creation: Develop engaging videos for marketing, social media, and promotional content.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the design vision, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across projects.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, target audience, and goals, translating ideas into exceptional visuals.
- Team Coordination: Mentor and guide junior designers (if applicable) while collaborating with developers, marketers, and project managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Senior Designer, or similar role in a digital or creative agency.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and web design tools such as Figma or Webflow.
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, colour theory, and video editing principles.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, delivering on deadlines and client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interactions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects (branding, websites, videos, etc.).
