Responsibilities:
✔ Drafting & reviewing contracts and legal documents
✔ Assisting in company registrations, compliance, and corporate structuring
✔ Advising clients on corporate governance & regulatory matters
✔ Handling business & commercial legal issues

Requirements:
✅ LL.B. with at least 2 years of corporate and tax law experience
✅ Strong legal drafting & analytical skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Excellent knowledge of SECP, tax, and business laws
