TechXaro Pvt. Ltd is a software house specializing in SEO, digital marketing, web/app development, content writing, and graphic design. We're looking for a skilled Content Creator to build and manage our brand's presence, primarily across LinkedIn and Facebook, with room to grow into other platforms as our digital presence expands. You'll be responsible for developing content that reflects our expertise in technology, automation, and business growth, turning our services and industry knowledge into engaging, professional content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an organic content strategy for social media platforms, aligned with company goals and target audience
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, posts, and short-form content
- Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and trending topics to generate fresh content ideas
- Plan and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly content calendar
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (carousels, short videos, posts, stories)
- Track reach, engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance, and refine strategy based on insights
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, professional tone, and visual identity across all content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that increase engagement and sales.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and CTAs
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content ideation skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, audience research, and content analytics
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is preferred
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content projects
- Must have your own laptop (Mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Film, or a related field is preferred
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, tech, or professional services brands
- A portfolio demonstrating previous organic content work
- Experience growing a social media page or brand organically
- Understanding of LinkedIn personal branding and company-page growth
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills
