What you'll actually do

• Own ideation-to-post for short-form content: come up with fun, scroll-stopping concepts for Instagram Reels and TikTok, then make them happen
• Shoot content in-house - product shots, skincare routines, behind-the-scenes, trends - using phone and studio setups
• Edit your own content in CapCut/InShot (or convince us your app is better)
• Appear on camera when the concept calls for it, or direct others who do
• Track what's trending in beauty/skincare content daily and adapt formats fast, while they're still fresh
• Maintain a steady content pipeline with the Social Media Manager so we never go quiet
• Keep everything unmistakably us - aesthetic, warm, a little chaotic in a good way

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years creating short-form content - fresh graduates are genuinely welcome here. A personal page that actually grew, freelance work, or internships all count as experience
• Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Comfortable shooting and editing independently, start to finish
• Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok culture (especially beauty/skincare)
