Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Content Coordinator to manage the front end of our content production process.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client communication, drafting interview question outlines, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records across multiple clients.
This is a coordination-heavy, client-facing role that requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple workflows moving at once. The right person will bring structure, follow-through, and consistency to a fast-paced content environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in fast-moving environments and wants to grow into a more senior operations or editorial coordination position over time
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Follow-Up
- Communicate with clients regarding interview scheduling, outlines, and requested edits
- Follow established outreach protocols for non-responsive clients (email and phone)
- Maintain professional, timely, and well-documented communication
KPIs
- ~15 scheduling emails sent per week
- Responses to clients within 1 business day
- ~10 interviews scheduled per week
- ~5 client follow-up calls per week
Content Tracking & Auditing
- Maintain accurate records of client activity, interview status, and outreach
- Perform weekly audits to ensure interviews, transcripts, and deliverables are documented
- Identify and report inconsistencies with clear supporting details
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Support, Editorial, and CSR teams to keep workflows on track
- Provide weekly status updates on active clients and outstanding deliverables
- Maintain clean, up-to-date internal documentation
KPI
- 1 clear, on-time daily report of work completed
Content Interview Coordination
- Draft and QA question outlines for attorney interviews, eBooks, and video content
- Select topics strategically while avoiding duplication or overlap
- Ensure outlines are accurate, client-specific, and delivered on schedule
KPI
- Number of outlines delivered = number of interviews scheduled
Team Participation
- Weekly Content Department meetings (audio only)
- Occasional 1-on-1 meetings with senior staff
- Team coaching and training sessions as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Interviews are consistently scheduled on time with minimal follow-up required
- Question outlines are accurate, thoughtful, and require little to no revision
- Clients respond promptly because communication is clear and consistent
- Internal teams have full visibility into client status at all times
- Tracking systems are clean, reliable, and up to date
- Little to no dropped communication or missed deliverables
- You proactively identify issues before they become problems
Qualifications
- US English fluency (written and professional communication)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable with client-facing communication
- Ability to follow SOPs while exercising sound judgment
- Strong command of written English grammar and phrasing
- Familiarity with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
