Construction Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a high-rise building in DHA Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-rise construction projects in DHA Islamabad, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, electrical, and mechanical work.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and other site staff.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction issues.

- Prepare and submit site reports, including progress updates, safety reports, and quality control reports.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in high-rise building construction, with specific experience in DHA Islamabad

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
