Are you ready to take ownership of compliance in a UK-regulated insurance brokerage?
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Compliance Officer who can ensure our operations stay fully FCA-compliant.
What You’ll Own:
• Conduct audits, file checks & compliance reviews
• Monitor adherence to FCA regulations & UK insurance laws
• Maintain policies, documentation & risk registers
• Support reporting, remediation, and staff guidance
You’re a Fit If You Have:
✅ 2–3 years compliance experience (insurance or financial services)
✅ Strong UK FCA knowledge
✅ Excellent analytical & documentation skills
✅ On-site availability and UK-aligned hours
