Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous QA Executive to join our team. The ideal applicant will have demonstrated call center operations experience, with an emphasis on quality assurance procedures. Call quality monitoring, agent feedback, pinpointing areas for development, and guaranteeing compliance with corporate standards are among the duties.

 

Requirements:

• At least one to two years of demonstrated experience working in a call centre.

• Excellent ability to analyse call quality and pay close attention to details.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• The capacity to work nights.

• Familiarity with BPO quality assurance procedures.
