🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Foster Community Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives, events, and communication strategies to strengthen member connections.
✅ Member Relations: Solve member issues, manage expectations, and maintain a positive and cohesive environment.
✅ Sales & Growth: Manage leads, share relevant content with potential clients, and oversee events that support business development.
✅ Networking & Relationship-Building: Identify opportunities to connect members, understand their needs, and facilitate collaborations.
✅ Promote The Hive: Lead tours for potential clients, promote company policies, and engage with the local startup & business community.

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
✔ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a customer-facing role (Sales, Community Management, Client Relations).
✔ Industry Experience: Background in Real Estate or Hospitality is a plus.
✔ Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth community operations.
