Communications Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our communication strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and ensuring effective communication with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to promote the incubator's mission and programs.

- Manage and oversee all internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, social media, and website content.

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and webinars to engage the startup community.

- Create and curate engaging content that highlights the success stories and achievements of our incubated startups.

- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

- Provide communication support to startups within the incubator, helping them craft their own communication strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a startup or incubator environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
