This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Rawalpindi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our tailored visa and immigration consultancy services. They will build strong relationships, generate leads, and close sales to assist clients in achieving their international goals. Actively following up with prospective clients and ensuring a professional, result-focused experience will be key aspects of the role.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
• Understanding of visa processes and immigration guidelines (preferred but not mandatory)
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Prior experience in sales is advantageous
