As a Cold Email Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing cold email campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize strategies to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cold email marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and build prospect lists.
- Write compelling and engaging cold email copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights.
- A/B test email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations (e.g GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cold email marketing.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold email marketing, with a track record of generating leads and driving sales.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy.
- Experience with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, Outreach).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
