Cold Caller

Description:

Join our dynamic team working with premium clients based in the United States. We are looking

for a motivated Cold Caller to drive business growth through effective communication and

outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct High Volume cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.

2. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and present our services persuasively.

3. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.

4. Build a strong sales pipeline through high-intent appointments and timely follow-ups.

Key Skills:

1. Proficient in cold calling with a proven track record of successful lead generation.

2. Able to make 250+ dials per day and set a minimum of 5 appointments daily in a B2B U.S. market.

3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and fluent American accent (mandatory).

4. Strong persuasion skills with the ability to convert calls into meetings — ideally turning cold calls into warm transfers.

Requirements:

1. A clear and fluent American accent is mandatory.

2. Minimum 3+ years of B2B experience in cold calling and appointment setting in the U.S. small business market.

3. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

4. Experience with lead research using platforms like Yelp, BBB, and Yellow Pages.

5. Self-motivated individual contributor with a good understanding of the U.S. market dynamics.
