Description:
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Client Services Manager to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be the face of the Company to our clients, serving as their primary point of contact. You will bridge the gap between our clients' visions and our internal execution, ensuring that every campaign is delivered on time, within scope, and up to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, media buying, digital, and production teams to translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs.
- Project Management: Ensure all campaigns, exhibitions, and projects are executed seamlessly, delivered on time, and remain within the agreed-upon scope.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, present new solutions (like our outdoor or event capabilities), and drive additional revenue.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compelling proposals, track campaign performance against client goals, generate detailed reports, and maintain accurate documentation of all client communications.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
Qualification:
- Experience: Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or project management, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or media agency.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas, run meetings, and negotiate.
- Organization: Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills to juggle multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to align internal resources effectively and foster a collaborative environment with creative and production teams.
