Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations and Sales Executive, based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Client Relations and Sales Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing client interactions and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves actively identifying potential business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.

  •  Making and receiving calls with potential and existing US-based clients

  •  Explaining our services (solar systems, roofing, and construction solutions)

  •  Coordinating with US management and local field teams

  •  Building strong, long-term customer relationships

  •  Maintaining accurate client records and follow-ups

Requirements

  •  Excellent English communication skills

  •  Confident, professional, and persuasive phone manner

  •  Ability to work US (Texas) night-shift hours

  •  Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools)

  •  Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
