• Identify relevant projects on Upwork

• Write personalized, high-converting proposals

• Communicate professionally with international clients

• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls

• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships

• Work closely with our technical team to prepare winning solutions

 

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘀

✓ Experience with Upwork bidding (preferred)

✓ Excellent written English

✓ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✓ Ability to understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals

✓ Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

✓ Experience in the IT, Web Development, or Digital Agency industry is a plus
