𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Oversee day-to-day civil site operations and ensure work meets quality & safety standards.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings with accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and project managers.
• Verify material quantities and ensure timely availability of required resources.
• Assist in on-site problem solving and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and engineering specifications.
