Civil Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at Strength & Style Concrete Industry, a leading manufacturer of high-strength and stylish concrete pavers in Punjab.

As our operations grow, we’re facing challenges in maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, material optimization, and quality consistency — and we’re seeking a professional who can take ownership of these metrics.

🔧 Position: Civil Engineer (Production & Quality Control)

Location: Lahore, Punjab

Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
• Control raw material ratios (cement, sand, aggregate, scrap) and reduce wastage.
• Supervise mixing, molding, and curing operations.
• Conduct quality testing and ensure product consistency.
• Maintain daily reports and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and management for production planning.

🔹 Requirements:

• DAE or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in precast / concrete / paver industry (fresh graduates may apply).
• Strong understanding of concrete mix design, batching, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage labor teams and maintain discipline on site.
• Data-driven and KPI-focused mindset.
