Seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a leading Foundation to lead organizational strategy, ensure operational excellence, and support sustainable growth. This is a senior leadership role working closely with the Chairperson and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute organizational operations, programs, and strategic initiatives.
Oversee fundraising, budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Strengthen stakeholder, donor, and funding relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers while fostering a positive organizational culture.

Requirements:
Master’s degree / MBA / MBBS in a relevant field.
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
