We are looking for a visionary Chief Financial Officer to spearhead the financial strategy for a prominent player in the Textile sector.
This is a leadership role designed for a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 background who excels at transforming financial data into strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
Capital Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and maintain strong banking and financing relationships.
Financial Insights: Provide the executive team with data-driven insights to support cost optimization and business expansion.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure rigorous compliance with statutory, tax, and audit regulations while overseeing MIS and management accounts.
Digital Transformation: Drive ERP optimization for financial reporting and process automation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Big 4 Articleship is mandatory.
Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar leadership role (Textile/Manufacturing experience preferred).
