We are seeking a proactive and candidate-focused Career & Recruitment Consultant to manage consultations with UAE-based job seekers. The role involves guiding candidates through CV enhancement, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and supporting recruitment activities.

This position requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling consultations, and a deep understanding of the UAE job market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🎯 Candidate Consultation (Primary Focus)

• Conduct one-on-one consultation calls with UAE-based candidates
• Understand candidate background, goals, and job preferences
• Provide structured career guidance and job search strategy

📄 CV & LinkedIn Makeover

• Review and professionally enhance candidate CVs
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve visibility and recruiter reach
• Align profiles according to UAE job market standards

🎤 Interview Preparation Assistance

• Conduct mock interviews
• Guide candidates on answering behavioral & technical questions
• Provide confidence-building and communication feedback

💼 Recruitment Support

• Screen and shortlist candidates for open roles
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process when required

🔹 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in recruitment / career consulting
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Confident in conducting video consultations
• Understanding of UAE job market preferred
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Laptop & stable internet connection mandatory
